PURPOSE:To eliminate danger of burn and to prevent a non-heat-resistant member successively provided with a metal member from receiving damage caused by burning by a method wherein when the metal member is heat-fused in a hole formed in a thermoplastic resin member, the metal member is inserted in the formed hole and the resin is melted by making the inserted part to perform self-heat-generation in a magnetic field formed by means of high frequency electric current. CONSTITUTION:E.g. when a scrubbing brush main body 2 is connected with a handle 1 made of a thermoplastic resin, the handle 1 is fixed on a jig 5 and a part of the projected end part 31 of a core line 3 projected from the scrubbing brush main body 2 is inserted into a hole part 10 formed in the handle 1. Then, a magnetic field is formed in the neighborhood of the inserted part by means of high frequency electric current to make the inserted part to perform self-heat- generation and to melt the surrounding resin. The molten resin is twisted on the core line 3 and follows the formed recessed part. Thereafter, it is bonded by cooling. In another way, after the surrounding resin is melted and the apex of the prejected end part 31 is completely inserted until it reaches the bottom wall of the hole part 10, it is cooled. |
