PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a judging method for yarn-unwinding property of a bobbin winder and a manufacturing method of the bobbin winder having an excellent unwinding property with simple equipment and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: In the judging method for the yarn-unwinding property of the bobbin winder, the yarn-unwinding property is judged by measuring the number of times of circular motion of the yarn per unit of time when unwinding the yarn from the bobbin winder with an over end method on the basis of a constant tension. The bobbin winder having desired unwinding property is obtained by the judging result of the judging method for the yarn-unwinding property. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
