PURPOSE: Mounting structure of a seat for a vehicle is provided to secure a reinforcing member capable of fixing the seat to a desired position regardless of the kind of the seat. CONSTITUTION: Mounting structure of a seat for a vehicle comprises a first reinforcing member(210) and a second reinforcing member(220). The first reinforcing member comprises a main surface contact part(212) directly surface-contacting with the bottom face of a floor panel; side parts(214) bent downwardly from the main surface contact part; plural through-holes(218) to which bolts are combined to fix a seat track to the floor panel; auxiliary side parts(216) having surface contact with cross members bent outwardly from the ends of the front and rear of the side parts. The second reinforcing member comprises a main surface contact part(222) surface-contacting with the bottom of the main surface contact part of the first reinforcing member and inner side parts(224) bent downwardly from of the main surface contact part.
