APPARATUS FOR MAINTAINING ACCURACY OF ROLL NECK PART

PURPOSE: An apparatus for constantly maintaining accuracy of neck part of roll by removing sticker phenomena due to scratches generated on the neck part of the roll and corrosion of lubricant is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a piler on the upper part of which rolling roll(10) is rotationally rested; a cylindrical drum(30) which is back and forth movably installed at both sides of the piler so that the neck part(10a) of the rolling roll(10) enters and leaves the cylindrical drum(30); a moving block(50) vertically and horizontally installed inside the cylindrical drum(30) and moved to the side of the roll neck part(10a) as adjusting means(40) connected to the outer wall of the cylindrical drum(30); and a plurality of cylindrical stones(70) rotationally installed at the lower side of the moving block(50) to grind the roll neck part(10a) rotationally approaching the inside of the cylindrical drum(30), wherein the cylindrical drum(30) comprises drum body(30a), supporting plate(30b) and cover plate(30d), the center of the body and respective plates is opened for coming and going of the roll neck part(10a), and wherein the adjusting means(40) comprises adjusting block(42) and support(44).
