PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a melting apparatus for melting prescribed component of an object material to be melted and easily and separately recovering the obtained melted liquid material and having a high treatment efficiency. SOLUTION: The melting apparatus comprises a melting tank having a closed space in the inside, an introduction means 5 for introducing a fluid for thawing a prescribed component of an object material to be melted into the melting tank 1, a discharge means 11 for discharging the fluid in the melting tank to the outside, an object material-packed part installed above a fluid transporting path in the melting tank 1 and filled with the object material P to be melted, and a melted liquid material storage part installed under the object material-packed part for storing the melted liquid material obtained by melting the prescribed component of the object material P to be melted with the fluid.
