PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine and an injection molding method which can control the occurrence of a burr, a sink, and cavitation and the contraction of a molded product in lost wax casting used in the production of ornaments to obtain a high quality wax having a desired shape. SOLUTION: In the injection molding machine or the injection molding method for the lost wax casting, injection pressure for injecting a hot-melt substance into an elastic mold by the injection molding machine is the first injection pressure at the start time of the injection, and becomes the second injection pressure which is higher than the first injection pressure after a predetermined time is elapsed from the start of injection.
