Are new cpds. of formula (I) (where Xn is the group in which rings A and B are opt. subst. by halogen, alkyl, alkoxy and/or OH, X1 and X2 are O or S, R1 is H, alkyl, substd. alky-, alkeny, cycloalkyl, OH, alkoxy, acyloxy or trialkylsilyloxy, R2 is H, alkyl, subst, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloakyl, alkanoyl or alkoxycarbonyl, R3 is H, alkyl, substd. alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or alkoxy, R4 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl, alkanoyl or alkoxycarbonyl, or R2+R3 is = (CH2) - where m is 3 or 4 and one of the CH2 groups can be replaced by CO, or NR3R4 is a saturated 5- to 7-membered heterocyclic ring opt. contng. a further NH, O, S and/or N-(lower alkyl) group), including their pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts and (when R2 and R4 are each alkyl, subst. alkyl of alkenyl or NR3R4 is a heterocyclic ring) quaternary salts.
