PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fire-extinguishing system which is suitable for the installation in a small-scale building by simplifying the structure. SOLUTION: A fire-extinguishing liquid tank unit is connected to respective closed type ejectors which are arranged at respective areas of a building. The tank unit comprises a fire-extinguishing liquid storage tank, a guide pipe which is run along the external surface of the fire-extinguishing liquid storage tank, a gas cylinder which is attached to the lower end of the guide pipe, a gas introducing pipe which press-feeds a pressurized gas jetted out from the inside of the gas cylinder into the fire-extinguishing liquid storage tank, a starting weight which can roll-drop in the guide pipe and an actuating device. In this case, the actuating device is airtightly attached to the upper end of the fire- extinguishing liquid storage tank, has a float which floats on the fire- extinguishing liquid surface in the fire-extinguishing liquid storage tank, on the lower end, and projects a weight-locking rod which can advance/retract to/from the upper part of the guide pipe and can lock the starting weight only when the float rises, on the upper end.
