PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost coated metal made emboss siding having excellent stain resistance to exhibit inconspicuous rain drop stain even in the outdoor use for a long period, a manufacturing method thereof and a metallic plate for the emboss siding. SOLUTION: The coated metal-made emboss siding having excellent stain resistance is obtained by fabricating the coated metallic plate using an aluminum alloy plate or a plated steel plate as a base metallic plate and selectively applying and curing polysilazane on projected parts of the emboss siding which are exposed to the outdoor to form a silica coating layer.
