PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailing post which can reduce production costs even in a multi-kind and small-lot production. SOLUTION: A flat plate-like bottom surface member 2 is mounted on the bottom part of a side member 1 with a roughly inverted U-shaped longitudinal section to form a cylindrical body 3 opened through longitudinally. Lid bodies 6 and 7 are mounted respectively on the front and rear openings 4 and 5 of the cylindrical body 3. At least one lid body is provided with a slot 8. At least one of the lid bodies is openably mounted at the opening to make it as a takeoff port 9. A flat metal plate is bent to form the side member 1. The front and rear opening rims of the cylindrical body 3 are respectively provided with opening frames 10 for reinforcing the rigidity thereof. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
