PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shoes moving efficiently forces necessary to control a skateboard used by a rider of the skateboard. SOLUTION: Each of the shoes is composed of an upper with a toe box and a sole 1 attached to a lower position of the upper. The sole 1 comprises: a front part 6 of an outer middle foot sole part; an outer part 7 of a front foot sole part; an outer pad 2 placed in an area of the sole 1 matching with a front part 8 of the front sole part; an inner part 9 of the front foot sole; an inner pad 4 placed in an area of the sole 1 matching with a front part 10 of an inner middle foot sole part; and a heel pad 5 placed in an area of the sole 1 matching with a heel 11.
