PURPOSE: A system for offering the information of dispersed family members through an Internet network is provided to offer the reunion of the dispersed family members by offering the detail and deep information for a missing person, the dispersed family member, and an adopted child through the VOD(Video On Demand) and a future appearance modeling system, and performing the DNA(Deoxyribo Nucleic Acid) inspection. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs an ID and a password(S3). The data collected from each local police station and related organizations are displayed on a screen(S5-1). The families of the missing child or the missing person register the contents in real-time(S5-2). An interview and video picturing are performed on a studio. A pictured film is edited and converted into an execution file. The execution file is compressed and transmitted to a web server. The information is received through a homepage by buffering the file stored in the web server. |
