PURPOSE: A tariff restoration system and method is provided to previously store data on substitute materials and parts for imported original materials, to search for the data on the substitute materials and parts when a tariff restoration for omitted materials or parts is calculated, and to process tariff works over an online network. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an export data management database(110), an import data management database(120), a manufacturing data management database(130), a tariff restoration calculator(140), and a tariff restoration application device(150). The export data management database(110) stores the data generated when products are exported. The import data management database(120) stores the data generated when the materials or parts needed for manufacturing the products are imported. The manufacturing data management database(130) stores the data on the imported materials or parts and substitutes needed for manufacturing the products. The tariff restoration calculator(140) calculates a restored tariff and outputs a tariff restoration application sheet by using the import data management database(120) and the manufacturing data management database(130). The tariff restoration application device(150) transmits the tariff restoration application sheet to the KTNET via an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange). |
