PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved actuator for easily replacing a sealant attached to a piston outer peripheral surface for airtightly keeping a space between a cylinder inside surface and the piston outer peripheral surface in the actuator for rotating a rotary valve by air pressure. SOLUTION: One side wall for housing the sealant, and positioned on the end side of a piston among two side walls of a groove is made of a disk separated from the piston.
