In a cutter head for a dry shaver, a foil constituting an upper cutter is bent downwards at a margin to constitute an upper comb, a lower cutter and a lower comb constitute a unit which is reciprocated and urged upwards, but the lower comb is nevertheless a resilient part independent of the lower cutter.
