PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent run-off of a protective material due to a rain fall by concealing a pressing body, which tends to give an artificial feeling, by a water- permeable protective material. SOLUTION: A pressing body 40 is equipped with a center pressing surface portion 41a of the center position to which the tensile force of an anchor member formed with a through hole 49 of the anchor member as a bottom board portion 41 facing the face of slope, and a surrounding pressing surface portion which is positioned around the portion 41a and united as one body. A center reinforcing rib portion 42 subdividing into a ring shape in a extended state from the center pressing surface portion 41a to this side and a surrounding ring-shaped reinforcing rib 44 dividing into a ring shape in an extended state to this side are respectively united and formed at the bottom board portion. Connected ribs 43a from the center reinforcing rib portion 42 are extended this side in at least four radiating directions practically at equal length, and the connected rib 43a exceeds the surrounding ring-shaped reinforcing rib portion 44.
