PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge torque, while maintaining the miniaturization of a motor, to increase magnetic flux or the reduction of heat generation and power consumption, and to remove deformation of an outer magnetic pole member and the dispersion of motor characteristics accompanying that deformation. SOLUTION: In the axial direction of a magnet 6, a first coil 5, a magnet, and a second coil 5 are arranged in this order, and a first outer magnetic pole member 8 and a first inner magnetic pole member 13 are opposed to the outside periphery and the inside periphery on the side of one end of the magnet so as to hold the side of one end of the magnet; a second outer magnetic pole member 9 and a second inner magnetic pole member 12 are opposed to the outside periphery and the inside periphery on the side of the other end of the magnet so as to hold the side of the other end of that magnet; and the first outer magnetic pole member and the second outer magnetic pole member are integrated, by interposing a positioning member 10 not being ferromagnetic substance between them so that the position of the second outer magnetic pole member and the phase of each magnetic pole are preserved.
