PURPOSE: A method for preparing Korean traditional hat with a long ribbon at the top is provided to manufacture the hat well-fixable to a head of a user in a simple and cheap manner. CONSTITUTION: The method includes the steps of applying an adhesive on a sponge on a sheet; adhering a finishing material to the sponge with the adhesive applied; heating the structure to strengthen the adhesion between the finishing material and sponge and soften the adhesion; providing the heated structure to a mold having an upper mold and a lower mold and pressing the upper mold and the lower mold to form a Korean traditional hat with a long ribbon at the top; cooling the product for a predetermined period of time so that the product maintains the formed shape.
