The invention relates to a bicomponent epoxy primer composition for the temporary protection of sand-blasted steel surfaces, based on epoxy resin having an average molecular weight, zinc, and organic solvents as a main component, and amide hardening as a secondary component, said product being characterized by a very good weldability, a reduced drying time, a very good cathodic protection.
