The sealing device (1) uses a cuff (3) with its inside surface sealed around the outside of the pivot pin of the ball and socket pivot linkage (2) and its outside surface cooperating with the mouth (9) of a sealing bellows (4) attached to the pivot mounting. The cuff has a closure with pivoted grips (14) for clamping the mouth of the bellows around the outside of the cuff by cooperation with an outward projecting rolled edge of the sealing bellows.
