Disclosed herein are novel morpholinoketone derivatives of formula (I): <CHEM> wherein each of the substituents is given the definition as set forth in the Specification and Claims. <??>Also disclosed are the preparation process of the derivatives, and their uses as a photoinitiator in photopolymerizable compositions.
