PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire and a rim assembly body enabling stable traveling over the required distance even when an internal pressure of the tire is reduced after the tire is damaged without sacrificing rolling resistance and riding comfortableness in ordinary traveling before the tire is damaged. SOLUTION: The tire is mounted on an application rim. Many particles composed of continuous phases of resin and independent air bubbles and having a substantially spherical shape are arranged in the inside of the tire partitioned by the tire and the rim under the predetermined filling volume. The volume of the particles when the tire and rim assembly body is adjusted to be under a designated internal pressure is 70% or more with respect to the volume of the particles under the atmosphere pressure.
