PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefinic multilayered resin sheet having a surface hard to damage, excellent in oil resistance not generating undulating deformation due to a higher fatty acid such as oleic acid or the like even during long-term use and suitable for a desk mat and a table mat generating no deformation (curl) due to moisture absorption. SOLUTION: The olefinic multilayered resin sheet is constituted by laminating an outer layer (A) comprising a polyamide resin, of which the moisture absorption (an equilibrium moisture ratio under a 23°C/65% humidity condition) is not more than 2 wt.%, on at least one surface of a substrate layer (C) comprising an olefinic resin through an adhesive resin layer (B) and characterized in that the thickness ratios of the outer layer (A) and the adhesive resin layer (B) to the substrate layer (C) are respectively A/C≤0 and B/C≤0.1.
