PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Oryza sativa F1 seeds to accomplish their total productivity rise and production cost reduction and labor saving without causing their yield. SOLUTION: The method for producing Oryza sativa comprises cultivating rice of pollinating line and rice of to-be-pollinated line in separate paddy fields according to given conditions. This method eliminates the problems of mixing different kinds of rice and in terms of rice cultivation tending activities, being beneficial in labor as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
