<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously regenerate a filter medium by removing a pollutant adhering to the filter medium while continuously cleaning raw water in a filter apparatus for allowing raw water to flow in a filter tank to pass the same through a filter medium bed to clean raw water while smoothly moving the filter medium and preventing the abrasion of the filter medium. <P>SOLUTION: A moving bed type filter apparatus is constituted so that raw water allowed to flow in the upper part of a filter tank 10 is passed through the filter medium bed 14 as a descending flow to be cleaned and the filter medium 12 is drawn out of the upper part of the filter medium bed 14 to remove the pollutant adhering to the filter medium 12 and the regenerated filter medium 12 is supplied to the under side of the filter tank 10 to be floated. This filter apparatus is provided with a filter medium refluxing pipe 32, a circulating pump 34 for peeling the pollutant adhering to the filter medium 12 by stirring effect and a filter medium storage and separation tank 36, and a water take-out pipe 40 is provided to circulate the filter medium 12 along with water taken out of the filter tank 10 to be allowed to flow in the circulating pump 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
