FIELD: devices acting on fluid flows; chemical, oil and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is made in form of cock having body with connection units, supply and discharge pipe lines and ball-type shut-off member with through hole where acting unit is located. Acting unit includes guide apparatus and cavitator. Hole is provided in body between connection units. Flow section of this hole is no less than passage section of through hole in ball- type shut-off member. When shut-off member is in closed position, hole in body is communicated with through hole in shut-off member. Unit acting on flow is made in form of changeable holder where guide apparatus and cavitator are mounted at spaced relation in series. Guide apparatus and cavitator are made in form of bladed wheels of similar thickness. Clearance between bladed wheels ranges from 2 to 3 thicknesses of guide apparatus or cavitator.
