SUBSTANCE: solar battery is laid on bearing base and is encapsulated above level of photoelectric converters with the aid of sealing hardening composition that lets light radiation up to 30% pass through. Bearing base in point of installation of solar battery has configuration of flat platform. Flat platform for installation of solar battery is either sunk in body of bearing base or protected with wall placed along perimeter. In addition glass plate or multiple glass unit can be positioned above solar battery on side of incidence of luminous flux.
