摘要

FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of centrifugal pump-mixer intended for preparation and transfer of mixtures including liquid and loose components. It can be used in oil and gas producing industry for intensification of production of oil in process of hydraulic fracturing of formations. Proposed two-phase pump-mixer contains housing with centrifugal impeller installed coaxially on drive shaft, circular mixing chamber and liquid and loose components feed branch pipes and mixture outlet branch pipe. Impeller is made in form of disk with double-side arrangement of blades and two central inlets to feed loose components to blades at one side and liquid at other side. Blades from loose material side are made straight in radial direction. Mixing chamber encloses outlets of loose and liquid components of impeller and it includes main mixing chamber and additional mixing chamber made on periphery of disk in form of grooves with ribs in between. EFFECT: provision of equality mixing of loose and liquid components, reliable operation of set within wide range of rates and volume concentration of components differing in density. 4 cl, 1 dwg
