PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude foreign matter such as dust from including into an insulating case. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic contactor is configured so that contacts opened and closed by an electromagnet device are accommodated in an insulating case 1 and a terminal 9A on the power supply side tied with these contacts and another terminal 9B on the load side are installed on the peripheral wall of the case 1, wherein a flexible insulating cap 10 covering the terminals 9A and 9B is put on the case 1.
