PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of reducing power consumption. SOLUTION: This semiconductor integrated circuit device is provided with a first phase shifter 11 for giving a 90° phase difference to a local signal, first and second mixer circuits MIX1 and MIX2 for mixing the local signal given the phase difference by the first phase shifter with a received signal, a second phase shifter 12 for giving a 90° phase difference to output signals of the first and second mixer circuits MIX1 and MIX2 and outputting first and second signals x1(t) and x3(t), and adder 13 for adding the signal x1(t) and x3(t), a subtracter 14 for applying subtraction to the signals x1(t) and x3(t), a signal intensity detector 15 for comparing the intensity of an output signal IFOUT2 of the subtracter 14 with reference intensity, and a power supply control circuit 16 for stopping the operation of either the first or second mixer circuit MIX1 or MIX2, or either the first or second mixer circuit MIX1 or MIX2 and the first phase shifter 11 in accordance with comparison results of the intensity of the output signal IFOUT2 of the subtracter 14 with the reference intensity.
