PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect various kinds of document files with different file forms as knowledge information from the Internet. SOLUTION: According to a file form set in a setting file 203 for collecting, a Web collecting module 111, by checking on a starting point URL and each URL of link sites whether or not the file form of a document file to be collected agrees with the file form set in the setting file 203, performs a processing for collecting the document file via the Internet if it agrees with, or removes from collecting objects if not agrees with.
