<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for integrating a storage network layer in which individual storage accesses to different communicating parties are separated on an IP network. <P>SOLUTION: The storage access between computers 11, 12, 13 and storages 21, 22, 23 via the IP network 30 employs a corresponding table, from a set of a sender storage identifier and a destination storage identifier to a set of a sender IP identifier and a destination IP identifier.
