PURPOSE: A method for processing a mobile IP using an NAT(Network Address Translator) in a mobile network and a device therefor are provided to implement the mobile IP for a mobile network having many hosts, and to save an IP address by using an NAT function, thereby increasing efficiency for the IP address and preventing IP address waste. CONSTITUTION: An MNH(Mobile NAT Host) periodically receives an agent advertisement message from an HA(Home Agent) and an FA(Foreign Agent)(410), and checks a connection to a home network and an external network by analyzing a prefix and a life time(420). If the home network is connected through the agent advertisement message, the MNH registers a private IP address of each host and an approved IP address received from the HA of the home network(430), and performs communication between a remote host and the hosts in the home network(440). The MNH performs the procedure until the connection from the agent advertisement message is terminated(470).
