PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lottery system and a prize management terminal device which easily and suitably holds a lottery and provides a prize. SOLUTION: A processing means 7 is connected with a terminal such as a machine terminal 2 through a communication means. The processing means 7 has a point storage means for storing regular member specifying information and the already acquired point of the regular member. When a request occurs from the terminal such as the machine terminal 2, the processing means 7 specifies the regular member on the basis of member specifying information transmitted from the terminal, and discriminates the presence/absence of a lottery participation qualification according to the already acquired points of the specific regular member. When discriminating the presence of the lottery participation qualification, the processing means 7 carries out lottery, and displays the result of the lottery on a terminal such as the machine terminal 2 to automatically perform a series of lottery.
