PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably carry out streamer discharge and to provide such an apparatus at a low cost. SOLUTION: The streamer discharge apparatus is provided with a first electrode (21) and a second electrode (22) opposed to each other; a power source (24) for applying a streamer discharge voltage to both electrodes (21, 22); and a temperature adjustment device (25) for adjusting a temperature of a discharge space (D) to a higher temperature than room temperature.
