PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a feel of depth to a pattern. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a process wherein a reflective film 2 having a metallic color is provided by a coating means or the like on the rear side of a plastic core member 1 constituted of a transparent body and molded in a prescribed form, a process wherein a prescribed pattern layer 3 is provided on the surface side of the core member 1 having the reflective film 2 provided on the rear side and a process wherein a clear coat layer 5 is provided by a prescribed spray means 6 on the surface side whereon the pattern layer 3 is provided. The pattern layer 3 is made to have a geometric pattern formed of a transmitting part 31 transmitting light partially and a non-transmitting part, which are repeated mechanically.
