PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rain shelter securing safety by preventing danger of one hand driving, by eliminating the danger of holding an umbrella by hand when using a bicycle in rainfall and easy in developing and housing. SOLUTION: An arched rail shelter is formed by fixing a roof sheet material composed of a plastic sheet 2 and an air pipe 3 to the front and rear of the bicycle, and is also formed as a structure capable of compactly housing the shelter by a winding housing part 6 arranged in an end part of the roof sheet material in fine weather.
