PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable telephone having a means for obtaining a rescue to a circumference in an emergency when a natural disaster or a danger such as an earthquake or the like is encountered. SOLUTION: An alarm whistle means 20 is provided at a part of a body 1 or a top 3 of an antenna rod, air or a breath is blown to an air diffusing port 10. When the air is exhausted through an air reservoir 12 from an air discharge port 11, the alarm whistle is generated. The rescue can be asked from the circumference by this alarm whistle. Incidentally, the alarm whistle means 20 can obtain the rescue even if a telephone body does not have a battery. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
