PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent electrically conductive laminate having a transparent perfectly crystallized electrically conductive layer on a substrate made of an organic high polymer shaped member, whose transparency and reliability under heated and humidified condition is superior, and whose resistance ratio is not too low. SOLUTION: The transparent electrically conductive laminate has the transparent perfectly crystallized electrically conductive layer on the substrate made of the organic high polymer shaped member, which consists of In.Sn composite oxide whose Sn atom quantity is 1 to 6 wt.% in comparison with sum weight of In atom weight and Sn atom weight, whose film thickness is 15 to 50 nm, hole mobility is 30 to 45 cm<SP>2</SP>/V.S and carrier density is 2×10<SP>20</SP>to 6×10<SP>20</SP>/cm<SP>3</SP>.
