PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat effectively the contacting part by preventing escape of heat to the non-contacting part that does not require heating. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional area of the border portion between the contacting part L1 and the side end part L2 becomes smaller by holes 6 provided between the contacting part L1 and the side end part L2. Thereby, the heat from the contacting part L1 becomes difficult to escape to the side end part L2. And by only providing the holes 6 in the border portion of the contacting part L1 and the side end part L2 of the roller 1, the portion where heating is necessary and the portion where heating is not necessary of the roller 1 can be thermally separated.
