PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophone integrated with sound absorbing material which enables attaching of an underwater receiver to an optimum position, and sufficient display of the function of the underwater receiver. SOLUTION: In the hydrophone integrated with sound absorbing material, an underwater sound absorbing material 11 is fitted to the surface of the underwater receiver 10 formed by covering a receiving element 1 with viscoelastic material 2, and is fixed to an outside board 7 of a ship by fastening means 12 together with the receiver 10.
