SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING PET USING INTERNET

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a pet using the Internet are provided to support the pet related services systematically and efficiently by managing and centralizing the pet information and the customer information of an individual veterinarian in an Internet data center. CONSTITUTION: A customer PC(120) performs the telemedicine with the remote veterinarian connected through the Internet(200), makes the customer confirm the medical treatment information from a pet related total service server(310) by displaying it on a screen, and buys a pet article on the Internet. A veterinarian PC(400) is connected to a telemedicine server(350), is equipped with a video camera, a microphone, and a speaker, and performs the telemedicine by including a telemedicine solution. A merchant PC(500) provides the goods and medicines needed for the pet through the Internet(200), communicates with the customer in a remote place, and performs the EC. The pet related service server(310) controls the data interface between the customer PC(120) and the veterinarian PC(400) or the merchant server(500), and controls the EC and the telemedicine by linking with a database server(360).
