PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subscriber-line transmission system conducting a TCM crosstalk countermeasure by partially changing a software to a hardware adopting a standard system without largely differing from the standard system. SOLUTION: In a digital subscriber-line transmitting method conducting a communicating by utilizing a telephone line as a high-speed data communication circuit, a signal indicating the changeover of a training sequence is transmitted from the transmission side at timing when the reception side can receive data in an FEXT section during a training for starting the communication.
