<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card wherein a card having a possibility of fraudulent usage can be discriminated by visual observation without confirming it by a terminal provided with a function of checking a state of the card. <P>SOLUTION: The IC card provided with an electrically displayable display part in at least one face of a surface or a rear face is provided with a display means for displaying visually observable image data in the display part, and a display suppressing means allowing recognition of the state of the card by processing the visually observable image data when fraudulent operation is carried out to the card. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
