PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation coverage device wherein solar cell panels are inclined in the same direction so that they may be directed toward the incident angle of a sun light for efficient conversion and its covering height is kept smaller to improve its rigidity and execution property.

SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generation coverage device is provided with a solar cell panel 3 on the upper surface of a cover 2 covering the upper part of a water treatment facility 1. A plurality of solar cell panels 3 are arranged at a specified interval, and they are supported by the covers 2 so that the rows of the solar cell panels may be inclined in the same direction.
