PURPOSE: A plane heater including a carbon film is provided to improve a heating function and an electric characteristic of a carbon film by using various conductive electrode members. CONSTITUTION: A plane heater including a carbon film includes a conductive carbon film(10), a film member(101), conductive electrode patterns(102a,102b), a cover, and a sensitive cover. The film member(101) corresponds to a size of the carbon film(10). The film member(101) includes a drawing portion(101a). The conductive electrode patterns(102a,102b) are formed by depositing or coating or printing a conductive material such as copper in a predetermined interval. A heating part is formed with the conductive carbon film(10), the film member(101), and the conductive electrode patterns(102a,102b). The cover is formed on an upper face and a bottom face of the heating part. The sensitive cover is formed on a surface of the cover.
