PURPOSE: A sludge removing apparatus is provided, which easily removes sludge settled down on the bottom under the water of the fish-farm or wastewater treatment plant without transfer operation of fish or wastewater when removing sludge of fish-farm or wastewater treatment plant. CONSTITUTION: The sludge removing apparatus comprises a main body(110) having a proper specific gravity in such a way that the main body(110) is floated and moved on the water; an injection means installed on the main body(110) to inject fluid of high pressure into the bottom under the water as driving force of engine(150) is being transmitted; a suction means operated by driving force of the engine(150) to suck in sediment such as sludge settled down on the bottom under the water to a proper pressure using the injected fluid; a separation means for filtering the sediment such as sludge sucked in from the suction means so that the sludge is separated from the water, storing the sludge temporarily and discharging water to the outside; and a discharge means for discharging sludge separated by the separation means to the outside, wherein the separation means comprises injection pump(210), supply pipe(220) and a plural injection nozzles, wherein the suction means comprises suction pump(310), suction pipes(320) and suction plate, and wherein the separation means comprises reservoir(410) and filtration part.
