PURPOSE: Provided is a safety boots which stably provides non-slip effect during walking by a non-slip device comprising a plurality of absorption plates and non-slip protrusions on the outer sole of the boot. CONSTITUTION: The safety boot includes a non-slip device(2) comprising a plurality of absorption plates(4) and non-slip protrusions(5) on the bottom of the outer sole(3). The height of the absorption plate is higher than that of the non-slip protrusion. Therefore, when the boot contacts the ground, the absorption plate firstly contacts the ground. The absorption plate is formed into various shapes such as circle and oval to perform the absorption. Also, The absorption plate is formed in the proper number so that the boot is stably placed on the ground.
