The implant can in particularly be used for joining the ankle bone and the tibia part of an endo prosthesis and is assembled of two plates and several pins of various lengths. The plates are provided with conical bores, matching the outer ends of the pins and protecting them from being removed unintentionally. The pins can be chosen in relation to the dimensions present at the leg of the individual patient.
