THERAPEUTIC AGENT FOR FOOD COMPETENCE DISORDER IN STOMACH

A therapeutic agent for food competence disorders in the stomach which contains as an active ingredient a compound represented by the general formu la (1): (1) (wherein R1 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, or halogeno; A represents furyl, thienyl, thiazolyl, or oxazolyl; R2 and R3 each represents C1-5 alkyl ; and n is an integer of 2 to 4) or an acid addition salt of the compound. Thi s medicine functions to relax the gastric fundic part and alleviates food competence disorders in the stomach. It is hence effective in greatly alleviating symptoms caused by such disorders, such as early satiety and epigastric meteorism.
